JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489(B), 489-C of the Indian Penal Code.

One Akshay Kumar was caught by the bank officials when he had gone to deposit fake currency. So far as petitioner is concerned, in course of investigation, it came to light that petitioner was found indulged in fake currency transaction and after that he was arrested and made his confessional statement. It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18889 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 508 of 2015.
