JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 14-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that the petitioner is Gotni of the deceased. From the written report itself it appears that the deceased died on account of explosion of gas cylinder. The information was given to the informant by his son-in-law. The husband of the deceased is in custody.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as also that the petitioner being a lady, let her in the event of surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 126 of 2016, shall be released
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4895 of 2017 (2) dt.14-02-2017 2/2 on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Doudnagar, Aurangabad, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
