The Petitioners seek quashing of the order of cognizance dated 11.8.2014 passed in Trial No. 1730 of 2014, G.R. No. 324 of 2014 arising out of Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2014 by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur. Considering that the Petitioners seek quashing on the questions of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr. P.C., the application stands dismissed.
