Having regard to the fact that the petitioner claims to be an employee of Gaya Municipal Corporation and has retired from service on 31.7.2014 and has his grievance that none of the retirement benefit , such as pension, gratuity, provident fund, leave encashment has been paid to him till date, this Court, in view of the submission of the learned counsel for the Gaya Municipal Corporation that the petitioner has not given the necessary details with regard to filing of the relevant papers in the office of the Gaya Municipal Corporation, would deem it expedient in the ends of justice to direct the Municipal Commissioner, Gaya Municipal Corporation, Gaya to examine the claim of the petitioner and also

Patna High Court CWJC No.3878 of 2015 (2) dt.23-03-2015 ensure payment of the admissible and payable retirement benefit to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
