JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-09-2016 After having heard the parties, this Court finds that the pleadings in the present writ petition are completely vague and sketchy one, and all the relevant materials have not been brought on the record. Apart from that, this Court finds that the petitioner had moved earlier thrice either before the Ranchi Bench of the Patna High Court or before the High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi, which is evident from Annexure-1 to 3. For almost same relief the petitioner has filed the present writ petition belatedly. He claims to have superannuated from service on 31.01.2000, but the present writ petition has been filed on 20.04.2016 i.e. after delay of about 16 years. Apparently, the claim of the petitioner seems to be stale.

In above view of the matter as also in view of the fact that the writ petition is very vague and sketchy one, the reliefs

Patna High Court CWJC No.7170 of 2016 (2) dt.22-09-2016 sought for on behalf of the petitioner cannot be granted. The writ petition is devoid of merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
