ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149341, 323, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant and the petitioners are agnates and there is a case and counter case between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the injury has been found to be simple in nature. No fire arm injury has been found by the doctor. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of three weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
