Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-387, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections-3/4 of Explosive Substances Act.
Petitioner is named in the first information report but submission on behalf of petitioner is that the informant claimed that he identified the petitioner by his voice and in his written report, the informant claimed that the person, who had demanded extortion money, had disclosed his name as Munna Sah. It is further submitted that co-accused Munna Sah has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of

No.18029 of 2016 (2) dt.02-05-2016 2/2 the case as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner is in jail custody since 20-06-2015, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 234 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jamui. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
