JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act.

The accusation is of consumption of electricity energy unauthorisedly. The total loss has been calculated to the tune of `52,521/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to deposit 75% of alleged calculated loss amount within a period of three months.

The aforesaid amount will be subject to assessment or compounding proceeding.

Considering the present stand of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on provisional anticipatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11566 of 2015 (3) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 bail for three months, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (Electricity), Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 112 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
