The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413/414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the police received the information that some of the stolen wrist watches from Connaught Place, New Delhi can be recovered from the house of one Santosh Kumar when his house was searched three pieces of stolen wrist watch were recovered and Santosh Kumar suggested the name of this petitioner along with others as one of the purchasers. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner and for the similar accusation two other cases were instituted in which the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11063 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 petitioners have been granted bail.
Considering the fact that no recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner, let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitan) P.S. Case No.382 of 2014, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
