2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sindhugarh P.S. Case No. 48 of 2025 dated 14.05.2025 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 76, 109, 351(2), 352 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on the alleged date of occurrence, the informant asked the petitioner about viral photograph of her daughter on the social media. Upon which, the petitioner rushed to the informant's house and started assaulting her son with intention to kill him. It is alleged that the petitioner also assaulted informant's jaut namely, Manoj Das by rod on his head causing blood oozing.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the daughter of the informant is the own aunt of the petitioner and as such, the petitioner is the nephew of the daughter of the informant and both are agnates. It is further submitted that there is no injury report available on record with regard to the son of the informant. So far injury received by her jaut, namely Manoj Das is concerned, the same is said to be simple in nature. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2025 having no criminal antecedents. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sindhugarh P.S. Case No. 48 of 2025. (Khatim Reza, J) premchand/- U T
