Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a murder case registered against him, one another and 2-3 unknown. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that from bare perusal of the First Information Report it would appear that petitioner is not involved in any manner in the killing of the deceased as it is said that he only asked the father of the deceased to allow the deceased to come along with him to watch Yagya in the village. From the Yagya deceased disappeared, next morning his dead body was found on the bank of the river.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.632 of 2015 (3) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 Petitioner having been instrumental in asking the father of the deceased to allow the deceased to come along with him to watch Yagya, I am not inclined to admit him to the privilege of bail in the event of arrest, direct him to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below (Sri Sanjeev Kumar-I, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai) in connection with Khodawanpur P.S. Case No. 171 of 2013, apply for regular bail which should be considered in the light of the order whereunder other coaccused named in the First Information Report has been allowed regular bail.
Application stands disposed of.
