Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 272 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has been falsely implicated in the present case only on suspicion. The fact is that on the date of occurrence she was at the house of her elder son. Also there is no material in the case diary to prove the allegation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
