KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-02-2018 The grievances of the petitioner in this case has been redressed by the respondents and he has been paid the difference of salary of post when he discharged his duty as Tax Daroga, as such petitioner has no grievance as far as this case is concerned. It has been undertaken by the counsel for the respondent Makdumpur Nagar Panchayat that the difference of salary which has been quantified will be paid to petitioner within three months, As such present petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
