The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 510 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 420 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been contended that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He is working as a Lab Assistant in Marwari College, Ranchi, which would be manifest from the identity card annexed as Annexure-2 to this application. He was returning from his native village Raxaul and on way the informant deliberately did not give pass and there was an altercation between the informant and the driver Dhiraj Khokha. It has
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3279 of 2015 (3) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 further been contended that the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on 22nd October, 2014 at 2.30 p.m. but the F.I.R. was registered on 23rd October, 2014.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur Sadar P.S.Case No. 510 of 2014.
