Petitioner seeks bail in Ara Muffasil P.S.Case No.54 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 379, 387, 307 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of demand of rangdari from the informant and also snatching of Rs.5,000/- from his pocket and causing injury on his neck.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and moreover, he is in custody since 23.02.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above,I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, once charge is framed, the
