JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to agitate his grievance before the Respondent No. 1, more particularly with regard to grant of additional pension and the revised pension. As far as the Bank is concerned, it has filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the pensionary benefits of the petitioner have been paid, as per his entitlement and as per instructions received by the Bank from the Army Authority, however, an excess amount of Rs. 11,68,552/- was paid inadvertently, hence, rectification has been carried out. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
