The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 861 (C) of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 354, 380 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. From the complaint petition, it appears that petitioners and other accused persons gave pressure to the complainant to compromise the case and on refusal, they assaulted him and took away ten bags of wheat. The co-accused Dharmendra Kumar torn the sari and blouse of sister of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6123 of 2017 (2) dt.17-02-2017 2/2 that other co-accused has been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 52103 of 2016 dated 22.12.2016. As such from the complaint petition, itself it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. In the circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is allowed.

In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 861 (C) of 2015, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
