The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 118 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged in his written complaint that when he was returning after unloading his truck, 5-6 miscreants on Bolero vehicle overtook the truck and got into the truck and thereafter started assaulting him by knife and revolver butt thereafter tied his hands and legs and also took away his mobile and Rs. 6,000/- cash.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR and has been falsely

It has been further submitted that Name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Manish Kumar. It has been further submitted that similarly placed co-accused, namely, Kripal Yadav @ Kumar Sagar has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43968 of 2018 vide order dated 20.07.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Nawada, in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 118 of 2018. (S. Kumar, J) veena/manojU T
