The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section304/34 of IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute between the husband of the informant and the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the allegation that the petitioner has given knife blows to his father, who succumbed to his injuries in the way to hospital, in my opinion, the petitioner does not deserve bail. His prayer for bail is rejected.
