JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that petitioners resorted to firing causing injuries to Kapildeo Kumar Singh. Subsequently, coaccused Gautam Singh also fired as a result of which Kapildeo Kumar Singh, brother of informant, died.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due village politics and Panchayat election dispute the petitioners have been roped in the case. It is further submitted that petitioner No.1 was not present at the place of occurrence as he
