Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are ready to settle the matter with the Bank. In case the petitioners appear before the concerned authority of the Punjab National Bank within 10 days from today and submit such proposal, the same shall be considered by
Patna High Court CWJC No.16275 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2022 2/2 the Bank.
Needless to observe that the Bank would be at liberty to pass a speaking order in the matter.
