JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar Staff Selection Commission (hereinafter referred to as the 'Commission').

The issue raised in the present writ application does not merit consideration for the reason that in terms of the judgment of this Court as well as the Apex Court, the Commission has invited objection from the eligible candidates for consideration of their cases against the left over vacancies, out of 34,540 vacancies. The objection was invited long back and for those who have filed objections, the Commission is under obligation to consider their objections. The petitioner has filed objection in terms of the advertisement published by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20631 of 2013(2) dt.17-09-2018 2/2 Commission, therefore, the Commission is required to decide objection appropriately. In case, no objection was filed on behalf of the petitioner, no indulgence can be granted to him in the present case. The present writ application is, accordingly, dismissed.
