Petitioner seeks bail in Pirpainti P.S.Case No.129 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 401, 413, 414 of the I.P.C.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of a tractor and tailor from his house.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the said tractor belongs to the petitioner and he is in custody since 23.5.2018 having no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two
