The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 186, 189, 307, 114/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that when the police was getting the encroachment removed, the petitioner and his two sons while running a temporary Chhat shop assaulted the police Inspector Ramesh Prasad Verma.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the there is no injury on the informant. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10541 of 2015 (2) dt.13-03-2015 named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali P.S.
