At initial stage there were three petitioners out of whom petitioner no.2 and 3, namely, Manoj Ram and Prabha Kumari were already granted privilege vide order dated 17.03.2015 while relating to petitioner no.1, Laxmi Ram case diary has been called for.

On account of death of Soni at her Sasural instant case has been launched by her father wherein allegation has been attributed against all the family members regarding persistent demand of motorcycle as well as colour T.V. and in the aforesaid background murder has been committed. From the fardbeyan of the informant itself it is apparent that it was husband Anuj Kumar who had subjected the deceased to torture and cruelty for procurement of dowry and that happens to be the statement of other prosecution witnesses also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10363 of 2015 (3) dt.05-05-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Laxmi Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No.61 of 2014 in the event of his arrest / surrender within four weeks in terms of condition so laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.) PN/- U T
