The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 471 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation against the petitioners that they got an award from the permanent Lok Adalat by concealing material facts in which they showed informant to be deceased persons while they are still alive.
It has been submitted that a separate complaint case No. 1409 of 2015, Title Suit No. 165 of 2015 and Mutation Appeal No. 101 of 2016-17 have been filed by the informant.

No.4410 of 2017 (2) dt.13-02-2017 2/2 It has further been submitted that such mistake occurred because they were not available for last several years and, therefore, such statement is made before the Lok Adalat. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named in the event of surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 165 of 2016, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
