JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.3.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The son of the informant went missing. Subsequently, his dead body was recovered with injuries and his mobile was found missing. The nephew of the informant conveyed him that he saw a fight between the victim and petitioner and one unknown person, hence the informant suspected the hand of the petitioner and one Prem Sah in strangulating the son of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Prem Sah has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 32492 of 2014. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.52127 of 2014 (2) dt.07-01-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 154 of 2014 (S.T. No. 204 of 2014).
The learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner in case the petitioner defaults without any reasonable cause on three consecutive occasions. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
