The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 511 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case in between the parties for the land dispute. Both the parties are neighbour. The allegation of firing has falsely been levelled against the petitioner to make the case serious. Further submission is that no one sustained fire arm injury in the said occurrence.
