08-02-2017 Heard Sri Rakesh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anil Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to modify order dated 06-12-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48786 of 2016 to the extent of incorporating the name of learned court below as "A.C.J.M.-3, Rohtas at Sasaram" in place of "A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, District -Rohtas".

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in original petition i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 48786 of 2016, due to inadvertence, an error was committed in paragraph - 1 of the petition and instead of mentioning "A.C.J.M. - 3, Rohtas at Sasaram", it was typed as "A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, District -

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1550 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 Rohtas".

In view of facts and circumstances, the modification petition is allowed.

The order dated 06-12-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48786 of 2016 is modified to the extent that in paragraph - 3 at page - 2, in place of "A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, District-Rohtas", it may be read as "A.C.J.M.-3, Rohtas at Sasaram". It has further been prayed to extend the period of surrender, since the modification petition was filed within the time fixed by this Court by its order dated 06-12-2016, vide Cr. Misc. No. 48786 of 2016.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner namely Ranjit Shahi shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-3, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 52/2016, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U T
