Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be making a detailed representation before respondent No 3, District Magistrate, Banka claiming regularization of his services in the Block Office, Amarpur Block where he claims to have been working as a Sweeper.

The writ petition, therefore, is disposed of with liberty, as aforesaid.

Upon such claim being made within four weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Banka (respondent No 3) will be obliged to consider the same in accordance with law and pass a

Patna High Court CWJC No.18234 of 2013(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months thereafter.
