The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 910 of 2018 registered under Sections 498A, 494, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that the petitioner is second wife of husband of the complainant. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
