Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that the name of this petitioner surfaced in confessional statement of co-accused and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against him.

Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S.Case No. 81 of 2014.
