2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 176 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 447, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the IPC.
3. As per allegation, on account of land dispute, the petitioners along with other accused persons named in the FIR, equipped with lathi, danda and iron rod abused and assaulted the informant and his family members. Further, petitioner no. 2 assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head. When informant's father came to rescue him, he was also assaulted by the accused persons. Thereafter, petitioner no. 1 snatched money

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that one injured has suffered simple injuries and one injured has suffered grievous injuries. There is land dispute between the parties. The petitioners are under custody since 03.06.2024.
5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioners have assaulted the members of prosecution side and one person has suffered grievous injury, which is dangerous to life.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as period of custody and the fact that there is land dispute between the parties, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 176 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the

(ii) The petitioners shall remain present physically on each and every date before the court below. In case of failure on two consecutive dates, unless they are prevented by extremely adverse circumstances, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
