The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 436, 504, 506 and 429 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the accused persons, in order to exert pressure to withdraw the earlier instituted case, abused and assaulted the informant when his family members came to rescue they were also assaulted by them. It is further alleged that the accused persons put the house of the informant on fire as a result some animals, Rs.50,000/- cash and other household articles were burnt.

No.11106 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is counter version of the occurrence also and the allegation of putting the house in fire appears to be false as the informant himself put his cattle shed on fire. It is further submitted that co-accused persons namely, Pramila Devi, Beauti Devi have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.8292 of 2015. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No.556 of 2014, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Bhagalpur.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
