Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 325, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is general and omnibus to have committed assault with Sword, Farsa etc. to the informant and others.
Submission is that the Doctor has found a sharp cut wound at the scalp of the informant besides a laceration at the occipital region. The allegation is general and omnibus.

The allegation is not specific as to who had caused sharp cut wound at the head of the informant Considering the entire facts of this case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barauli Police Station Case No.243 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
