The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., the Apachi motorcycle of the informant was stolen by some unknown miscreants.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner transpired during course of the investigation. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67122 of 2021(3) dt.17-10-2022 2/2 the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S.
