ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioner has been in custody since 22.04.2018 in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 181/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461/379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation is against one Pappu Singh from whom the gate which is alleged to have been stolen was recovered. So far as the present petitioner is concerned, he is son of Pappu Singh and for no fault of his, he has been taken into custody. The petitioner is also not having any criminal antecedent.
Taking into consideration such facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44546 of 2018 (3) dt.21-08-2018 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. VI, Danapur, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 181/2018.
