2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding for the alleged violation of the order dated 20.07.2010 passed in CWJC No. 17870 of 2013.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the writ petition was dismissed, yet liberty had been granted to

Patna High Court MJC No.104 of 2017 dt.03-05-2017 2/2 approach this Court once again in the event that the petitioner's review petition was allowed.

4. This Court does not find any merit in the present contempt petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that the review petition has not yet been disposed of. The writ petition itself having been dismissed without any positive direction to the respondents, the question of violation of the order of this Court cannot arise.
