The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 08 of 2016 registered under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the entire allegation made against the petitioner in the first information report is false and fabricated. The alleged recovery of fire arm is from one Jitendra Ram. The petitioner being a man of clean antecedent has got roots in the society and has never been made accused in any other case.
