The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 166 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is of joining the service of Panchayat Teachers on forged and fabricated educational qualification certificate of matric.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case only on political pressure. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.04.2018. It has been further submitted that similarly placed co-accused persons have been granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44412 of 2018(5) dt.27-09-2018 2/2 anticipatory bail and regular bail as contained in Annexure- 2 of this petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 166 of 2017.
