Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 22.02.2022.

From perusal of trial court's report it appears that out of eight charge-sheeted witnesses, six witnesses have been examined and only two witness yet are to be examined. Considering the nature of accusation and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. As the petitioner is already in custody since, 01.04.2021, let the trail be concluded as early as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order.
