Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S.Case No. 160 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 379, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is that on information that one person was apprehended by the villagers the police came and arrested the petitioner, from whose possession 14 ATM cards were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he was not found in using the said ATMs and petitioner is in custody since 16.5.2018, having no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Judge-I-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P.S.Case No. 160 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
