The petitioner has put to challenge an order dated 8.5.2019 passed by the District Programme Officer, West Champaran, Bettiah, whereby he has shifted respondent No. 7 in her place allegedly in violation of the guidelines issued by the Directorate, Social Welfare Department, vide Memo No. 2005 dated 27.04.2013.

3. In my view, the petitioner has remedy of appeal before the Divisional Commissioner under Clause-12 of the guidelines issued in relation to Angan Bari Sevika/Sahaika under Integrated Child Development Services. The said guidelines have been issued on 27.05.2019.
4. Considering the facts, this application is disposed of with a direction that if any appeal is preferred by the petitioner under Clause-12 of the guidelines within one month from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of without taking any objection to delay in making appeal. The appeal should be disposed of expeditiously, preferably within one month from the date of filing appeal.
5. The petitioner shall be at liberty to seek any interim relief in the said appeal, if the appeal before the Divisional Commissioner.
