No. 53787 of 2016 to the extent that father's name of petitioner Surendra Kumar Verma be incorporated as Late Babu Lal Verma in respect of Chandra Shekhar Prasad Sinha. There is error in the petition also.

Perused the complaint petition which reveals that father's name of petitioner Surendra Kumar Verma is Late Babu Lal Verma.

Hence, prayer for correction in the petition of Cr. Misc. No. 53787 of 2016 as well as prayer for correction in the order dated 14.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53787 of 2016 is allowed.
