The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Lalganj P.S. Case No. 51/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The informant did not find her daughter, namely Beauty in her house and went to search her near Yagyashala. When the informant was returning, she saw the petitioner and others were laying the dead body of her daughter. There was ligature mark on the dead body and abrasions were found on back and elbow and other portions of the body of the deceased. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused, namely Chandan Singh and Santu Singh have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33377 of 2015 (3) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 52323/2013 and Cr. Misc. No. 17736/2014 on the ground that the informant has entered into compromise with accused persons. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner taking into consideration that similarly situated two accused persons, namely Chandan Singh and Santu Singh have already been enlarged on bail and dispose of the case of the petitioner on the same day. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is disposed of.
