Revision No. 43 of 2014, whereby, while affirming the order dated 04.03.2014 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi issuing summons against the petitioners under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, he has rejected the revision application.
