JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-01-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that in view of the provisions under Sections 4 and 5 of the Digha Acquired Land Settlement Act, 2010, a refund of the amount deposited by the petitioner be directed to be made along with compound interest @ 8% per annum from the date of deposit.

Accordingly, it is ordered that the refund should be made in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 4 of the Act within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

This disposes of the writ petition.
