Case No.123 of 2013 dated 25.11.2013 by which the application filed by the petitioners under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C. has been rejected.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of
