JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - (i) For quashing of the entire proceeding of Certificate Case No. 20/2011-12 against the petitioner without complying provisions of the Public Demand Recovery Act for recovery of amount of Rs. 99,309/-.

(ii) For quashing of the order of Certificate Officer-cumSDO, Naugachhia, dated 30.07.2012 whereby and whereunder warrant has been issued against the petitioner in complete breach of provisions of the PDR Act without providing notice under Section 7 and without providing objection under Section 9 of the Act.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that his client has taken the file about a year ago in order to forge a compromise with the bank and since then he has no instruction in the matter.
