The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Case no. C-2/28 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(A) of the Excise Act.

A raid was conducted in Gumati of the petitioner situated in Dumra Court Campus from which 80.610 litres of foreign liquor and 18 litres of beer were recovered. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
